firstduephotos > **LODD** March 21,1986 - 9 Alarms Box 7413 (Telegraph Hill, South Boston) - Fire in a 3-story dwelling. Heavy fire condition on the first floor extended up. FireFighter Edward R. Connolly of Ladder Co. 17 was killed when the fire building collapsed into the street about 15 minutes after this photo was taken.  I believe he was acting as a Chief's Aide the night of the fire.
